The Story

Strawberry Royal Sovereign A+ Grade Fruit Plants (Mid Season)

Strawberry Royal Sovereign is a classic heritage variety, introduced by Laxton's nursery in 1892. Celebrated for its exceptional flavour, the large wedge-shaped, scarlet berries deliver the true old-fashioned strawberry taste that modern varieties often lack.

Delivered as dormant bare rooted A+ grade plants.

A+ grade plants are carefully grown through the summer months and initially covered with fleece for protection. Only plants with a 15mm+ diameter are included, ensuring very well-developed root systems. Each plant produces 3-4 trusses on average, giving over 400g of fruit per plant. Trials showed these A+ grade plants yield around 50% more berries than standard runners, providing a reliable and rewarding crop for gardeners.
