This vigorous and robust variety is perfect for challenging soil or plots where strawberries have been grown repeatedly, as it shows excellent resistance to many soil-borne diseases. Marshmello produces sweet, juicy berries with high sugar content, making it a standout choice for home gardens.
Delivered as dormant A+ grade bare rooted plants.
A+ grade plants are grown through the summer months and initially protected with fleece- only plants with a 15mm+ diameter qualify. Each plant has a well-developed root system and, on average, produces 3-4 trusses per plant, generating more flowers and fruit- over 400g of berries per plant. Trials demonstrated these A+ grade plants yield around 50% more fruit than standard runners.
